Your data is stored in Neon Postgres hosted on AWS infrastructure. Vercel deploys to US-based edge regions. Data may be processed and stored in US-based data centers. We do not currently offer Canadian-region data residency. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We only load analytics (PostHog) after you explicitly accept analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no tracking occurs.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@ainativetax.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.
AINative Tax complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect only the minimum personal information necessary, with explicit consent, and provide clear mechanisms for data access and deletion.
Waitlist data is retained until you request deletion or until the product launches and waitlist records are no longer needed, whichever comes first. Anonymous tool usage data is retained for up to 12 months.
Email privacy@ainativetax.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include the email address you used to sign up. We will delete your record within 30 days and send a confirmation.
We will notify waitlist subscribers by email of any material changes to this privacy policy before they take effect.
